  9.      macutil - A package that deals with  MacIntosh  files  on  a
  10.      Unix system
  11.  
  12. DESCRIPTION
  13.      _m_a_c_u_t_i_l is a package that contains  a  number  of  utilities
  14.      that  deal  with  MacIntosh files on a Unix system.  It con-
  15.      tains the following programs:

  17.      binhex
  18.           Convert files to BinHex 4.0 compatible hexified form.
  19.  
  20.      frommac
  21.           Receives files from the MacIntosh on the Unix system.
  22.  
  23.      hexbin
  24.           Convert hexified files to their MacIntosh format.
  25.  
  26.      macsave
  27.           Save a series of files from a MacBinary stream as indi-
  28.           vidual files.
  29.  
  30.      macstream
  31.           Combine a series of files to a MacBinary stream.
  32.  
  33.      macunpack
  34.           Unpack a MacIntosh archive into its constituents.
  35.  
  36.      tomac
  37.           Transmits files from the Unix system to a MacIntosh.
